3ktop Terms & Conditions — Clear, Simple, and Straightforward

These terms and conditions apply to the 3ktop platform (both the website and mobile app) and all its services. 3ktop is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

3ktop reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are made, notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are published in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the Bengali version shall be considered definitive.

General Bonus Terms:

• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Result Determination:

3ktop sources results from internationally recognised bodies. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the official sports organisation is final. Any complaints regarding results must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the result being published.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 3ktop's Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any of these may result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or deliberately withdrawing bonus funds without meeting the required conditions.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or defrauding other users.
• Participating in match fixing or organised fraud.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.

3ktop may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms and conditions violations.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned; however, unused bonuses will be forfeited.
